Sally Mulhern,
J.D.
Sally received her law
degree in 1982 from CornellLawSchool, and
her
undergraduate degree,
summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from
BostonCollege
in
1979. She is a founding
partner in the law firm of Mulhern &
Scott PLLC, with
an
office in Portsmouth,
New Hampshire. Sally concentrates in
sophisticated
estate
planning techniques, is
a Fellow of the prestigious
AmericanCollege of Trust
and
Estate Counsel, and has
been selected by her peers as one of
Woodward &
White’s
The Best Lawyers in
America. She is also a member of
Outstanding Lawyers
of
America.
In 1997, Sally
founded Estate Planning To Die For®, a
national speaking
agency.
She speaks nationally
to global financial institutions,
universities (1999
and
2006 Cornell University

charities, trust
departments, financial advisors and

Sally is a native of
Seacoast New Hampshire and lives in

husband and law
